As an introducer, we can only introduce you to Forward Asset Finance Limited, our principal, which is responsible for the business we introduce. We do not give advice on finance products. Forward Asset Finance Limited is a credit broker, not a lender. It will send you its own finance application and introduce you to one or more funders. 12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
